We are America's oldest and largest independently owned wallpaper manufacturer, and due to extreme business growth over the last year, we are looking for a Production Supervisor for our 2nd Shift and Weekend Shift teams.

This position will oversee all facets of production at our Loucks Road facility. Specifically ensuring that all manufacturing principles are being performed in a safe and timely manner to maximize overall performance of the shift (safety, shift change, changeover, waste reduction, through-put, break relief, etc.)

Other duties include:

• Diligently work towards ensuring that all employees adhere to all workplace safety expectations and requirements
• Receive daily turnovers from other production department managers/supervisors
• Provide a similar systematic turnover to 3rd shift each night
• Ensure that all areas of production planning are being followed in the sequence that it is distributed in
• Ensure that all shift data is entered into the appropriate system accurately
• Communicate via email, phone, or text pertinent situational turnovers to production department managers and supervisors
• Supervise all shift production personnel in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring that all work expectations are being met
• Participate in Safety and Continuous Improvement teams as significant contributor with a consensus mentality
• Work to coach and improve performance of all 2nd shift employees

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• Bachelor’s degree, high school diploma, GED
• 5+ years’ manufacturing experience
• Industry experience a plus!
• Proven ability to effectively leading a team
• Safety conscious

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
